LET'S DO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL FOR WOMEN FACING CANCER

You can make a beautiful difference

Look Good Feel Better has been helping women with cancer feel like themselves again since 1992, but we can’t do it alone anymore – nor can the 107,400 women expected to be diagnosed this year.

Cancer rates are rising in women and we want to be there to help those mothers, daughters, sisters, friends and wives regain their sense of self so they can face cancer with dignity and confidence.

But we need you to make this possible.

WAYS TO GIVE

Wellness is a term that goes far beyond medical treatment. At LGFB, we use the broader, psychosocial definition of health that incorporates mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. It’s not just about the diagnosis, but the person as a whole. Most cancer-related programs focus on medical treatment, which leaves a widening gap in providing psycho-social and well-being support. Here's how you can give to ensure more women can benefit from Look Good Feel Better's vital programming:

  • Make a donation: You can make either a one-time donation, or consider providing a steady and predictable source of revenue for the charity through a monthly gift.
  • Fund a Workshop: For $10,000, you can fund a two-hour workshop for eight to 10 women. They’ll gather in a convenient location with trained beauty advisors and receive a complimentary confidence kit of products.
  • Fundraise:  When a loved one goes through cancer, you’re often left wondering what you can do to help. Why not organize an event and raise funds for Look Good Feel Better?
  • Employee Giving:  Corporate philanthropy is a great asset and it helps recruit and retain employees who share your philanthropic values. Contact us to learn more about this opportunity to give!
  • Legacy:  By remembering Look Good Feel Better in your estate planning, you can provide a significant source of funds to ensure a sustainable future for the charity.
  • In Memoriam : a distinctive way to commemorate a beloved family member or friend by giving a gift in their name.
