Take Our Survey: Help fix what's missing in Cancer Care
Cancer support isn’t One-Size-Fits-All. Help us get it right for people in Canada.
We Want To Know What You Think!
Cancer affects more than your body. It impacts your energy, confidence, focus, and day-to-day life.
By taking this short national survey, you’ll help improve practical cancer supports—like managing treatment side effects, getting back to work, feeling like yourself again, and navigating the challenges that don’t always get talked about.
Your input will help shape better, more relevant support for people across Canada—now and in the future.
- What do you value in non-medical care?
- What are your needs?
- What’s missing for you?
Complete the survey to enter a draw to win one of eight prizes valued at up to $150.
Here’s How You Can Help
- Please take this 15-minute survey. It is anonymous and confidential. Available in French here.
- Share this page! We want to hear from as many people as possible.
This survey is open through April 5, 2026.
What We’ll Do With the Results
We are working with LogicalOutcomes, a research and evaluation firm, to conduct this study.
LGFB will use this evidence-based research to help shape future programing to address unmet emotional and practical needs before, during and after treatment. We will share these results with the medical community and like-minded organizations across Canada to help improve psychosocial care for current and future cancer patients.
Thank You!
Your lived experience and your input will help ensure that anyone living in Canada who needs psychosocial cancer support can access it.
To thank you for your time and input, survey respondents have the option to enter a draw to win one of eight prizes valued at up to $150 after submitting the survey.
Our thanks to our partners, including Shoppers Foundation for Women’s Health™
and the Roses of Hope Foundation, for their support of this project.
