Ainsi, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la pleine conscience, m\u00eame quelque chose d&#8217;aussi simple que de diriger votre attention vers votre respiration de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e permet en fait de cr\u00e9er un nouveau chemin et de reconnecter les neurones de notre cerveau vers un chemin qui favorise la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 vivre des moments heureux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que m\u00eame deux mois d&#8217;entra\u00eenement suffisent \u00e0 modifier les sch\u00e9mas, le fonctionnement et les connexions de votre cerveau.
